Before you submit your paper, please make sure that:

  • you submit within the appropriate track or round table discussion
  • no author information is mentioned on the paper;
    If you submit a paper that contains any information identifying you or your co-author(s), the paper shall be removed from the system, and you will be invited to resubmit. It will be YOUR responsibility to resubmit.
  • you submit your paper in PDF Format, a free PDF converter is offered on this site;
  • your submission meets all the requirements of the guidelines of the call for papers.
    If you are submitting a paper for a Track, the maximum length of the paper is 40 pages.
    If you are submitting a paper for a round table, the maximum length of the paper is 20 pages.

Multiple submissions:

Each individual can submit up to three papers maximum to tracks or round table discussions.
